Scotty Scearce, 29 years - homegrown in Louisville KY. Absolutely vibing since day 1. 3 kids and a wife. He owns a landscape company which makes him feel 50 and 18 all at once. In 2024 Running a 15:27 5k, 32:55 10k, 1:14 half and2:41 full.
Danny lives in St. Louis with his wife and two cats. He works as an engineer at an internet company that sells sandwiches and occasionally enjoys jogging 80 miles per week. He has run way too many marathons to only have a PR of 2:47 :17-ish
Cheston Newhall - 33 years old, live in Louisville, KY. Married 9 years with 4 kids 6 and under. I am a Senior Director of Product for a large tech company. Former co-host of Life in Stride. Former offensive lineman who fell in love with running in college. PRs 2:47 (full) and 1:19 (half).
Chris Striegel - 28 years old, live in Louisville, KY. Married with no kids, work in health insurance. Co-host of the Life In Stride podcast. Ran college D2 at Bellarmine University, PRs 5k 14:25 /10k 29:48 . His Marathon PR is 2:30 .
I don't need to say much about this one other than it is the most fun podcast I have ever done and you'd be a fool not to listen. I'll set the over under of you laughing at 20.5.
